My approach with training is similar to how I approach all types of running. If I am heading out on a long trail run or chasing a marathon PB, I want to enjoy the run and I don't want to over complicate it.

Variety will make you run more consistently. If you can do both of these you will become a stronger runner.

  3. We discuss your running history, goals, and schedule

  4. I make a running plan specific to you
