My training approach...

My approach to training is similar to how I approach all types of running.

If I am heading out on a long trail run or chasing a marathon PB, I want to enjoy the run and keep things simple.

That said, I also understand that you will see big improvements by being specific and having a plan.

Variety will make you run more consistently. And as the old saying goes...

Consistency is key!

Finding a balance between all of this will make you a stronger, more well-rounded runner.

  3. We discuss your running history, goals, and schedule

  4. I make a running plan specific to you
